I have ocd with horrible thoughts of hurting my loved ones and I was just wondering if there was anything that gets them going. Watching scary movies, taking in to much caffine, or any others. I'm looking to change what I am doing to help control some of the problems I have been having. Like I will be sleeping at night and I will wake up a little but feel like I am in a dream and get real pankie. The I worry about having the thoughts then I get the thoughts. This has just started happening. And I would like it to stop.
