Last night I was reading the ocd workbook and there was a part in there that mentioned letting the thoughts just rattle through your head for Pure o. Kind of like my brain as a pinball machine where the ball is the thought. I have to just let it do its thing in there bc the more I try to fight it, the more my brain thinks of it. Just wanted to share that. I may help instead of fighting it, let it bounce around without doing the ritual and eventually it will leave. Hopefully.
