Riluzole or nicotine for treatment of ocd

Hi,everybody, I was wondering if anybody has taken the Riluzole or nicotine gum or nicotine patches for severe ocd.Our 26yr. old son has tried every ssri out there, with no relief. It hurts so bad to see him go through such mental anguish,he's had ocd since he was 7, but became severe when he was 19. He's never been able to work, which is really hard for him, he is such a caring and loving person. We are just praying that something will help. He's even been looking into the gamma knife surgery, which is very scary, he just wants so bad to feel better. Thank you to anyone who responds, I truly appreciate it.

I want her to try and drug that acts similar Lamictal
I think it is more effective than Riluzole. U can use these glutamate lowering drugs with SSRI or cloripramine
