Does anyone else do quirky stuff to keep from obsessing? Like recently, I've started back trying not to step on cracks. In order to ingore the impulse, I look up so that I can't even see where I'm going. I know I'm stepping on cracks, but if I don't see it, I can somehow go on. I'm betting people are thinking ... man, she's stuck up! LOL. Once, a lady from my church stopped me and said that she'd seen me jumping up and down on the sidewalk the other day. I was so embarrassed! I had gotten mad at myself for stepping over the cracks and I was jumping up and down on one of them just having a jolly fit. OMG.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
