for the most part my symptoms were managable with medication, then a couple of months ago, BAM, they are back and I'm worried they are worse than theyve ever been.
I've seen my doc who upped my meds (lexapro) and he thinks that seasonal depression is making ocd worse. I keep waiting for relief, but am terrified I won't get any better.
My mind will not shut off, I'm having intrusive thoughts, constantly reviewing stuff in my head, reading things online to reassure me, it stinks.
Ok. just had to get that out because I'm really trying to hold it together! Thanks for reading.

Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
it will help you, since with OCD the less stress decreases it. :) Hope this helps.
