I just wanted to let you all know of a book I found at Barnes and Nobles "Coping with OCD" Its not too thick Im half way through with it already. Anyway it does have some difficult challenges for you, but it also offers reassurance that we with ocd are and I quote," bottom line is that people with ocd,in fact, are extremely different from the people they often fear themselves to be." Just a heads up on a book I found. I just finished reading "Life in Rewind" a true story of a man with severe ocd. I have partly read "Brain Lock" but its been so long I may read it again. I also got an email from a man the other day saying he had an ocd program guaranteed to rid you of your ocd.. There is a monthly charge to this program and its not something I can afford at this moment. But if you go to http://ocd-gone-in-seven-days.com/powerful-information.html you can enter your email. Also Derek sent me another site: http://www.lindenmethod.com/ . I know its hard Im struggling too! We just cant give up!!
