I guess I need to talk to my therapist about this. But Can your OCD effect the way you eat? I do not eat anything that is two days old. Say like cheese or a loaf of bread if I buy it one day I have to eat it that day because I will not eat it the next day. I don't eat the whole thing. But I will not eat it a second day. I do not eat left overs. I guess I think they are bad. If I have a bag of chips and someone puts their hand in there to get some then I am done with them. I won't eat anymore. I do not eat anyone elses cooking but mine or my mom's because I do not know how they cooked it or if their hands were clean. I could go on. Does anyone else have this??
