How do you stop it? I'd love to figure that out. About the best I can do is stop reacting to it. And this takes a monumental effort. But that's all I got. And the vomit thing...well, who doesn't? I mean, yeah.

I am having obsessions right now that I can't stop, I would do anything to know how to stop it. It is the same negative thought going over and over in my head. When I try to control, it just gets wrose. I try to ignore it too, and it still wont go away. Everything I try doesn't work. If anyone knows of any coping skills, please let me know!
