I find myself constantly thinking about an EX boyfriend that wasn't that great to me. The thing is, I've been in a complete different relationship with someone for almost 3 years. I'm really happy with this person!!! The thoughts that I have about my EX can be very tiresome at time. I'm constantly having a thought about him, and I don't even want to think about him. On top of that, I also have unwanted intrusive thoughts that I can't control. I feel like a maniac! What should I do?
