I suffer from OCD bad. However, it seems to get worse whenever I am stressed out (past couple months). I decided to attend school during the summer semester and it has been seriously tough. Since the semester has started, I have had hardly no time to spend quality time with my family, I can't seem to find much time to relax, and I am finding it hard to get anything else done besides school work. Now finals are around the corner (next week), and I am freaking out because I am worried about failing one of the two courses I am taking. Whenever I take a test, I feel as if I have to erase what I have written if the pen or pencil touches the horizonal lines on the paper, making it tough to complete the tests with a clear mind. Does anyone feel as if their OCD gets really bad when they are super stressed? To make matters worse, I don't have enough time to go see anybody for my condition, nor would we have the money, as I'm thinking our insurance won't cover the appointments. It is so frustrating. Any helpful feedback would be appreciated.
