I'm trying to find out if anyone gets songs stuck in their head that only repeat a few verses (... like the chorus) that you feel compelled to think about while you walk, thinking the syllables in your head with every step you take. I have been doing this for a long time, and usually I will click my teeth together or something similar to that and I can't stop. My therapist says that anything that forms a pattern that you try to stop and can't may be OCD, but I'm not sure. If anyone else has a similar experience, please share your story. Thanks.
