i went to the ER last night just couldnt cope... was walking in he mall when i literally ran into a bin, (well my bag touched it as i walked past) the doc kept me in overnight as my anxiety was HIGH which was good in a way as it felt reasonably safe ( until the nurse touched my bed with the bin as she was moving it away, and then when the cleaner came into the room when i was talking to my psych. ) anyways i am starting new meds (even though i dont want to rely on meds i cant think of another option at the moment)... why is this so hard it is just not fair...
