My OCD and anxiety is so bad that it is practically ruining my marriage, my friendships, my jobs..I have been unemployed for 10 months. iam been asked to leave where I lived with my husband and go live with my parents an he (my husband) said that I do. So I am here and no money, no insurance trying to get help. I found someone here in the sticks that does EMDR therapy its like hypnotherapy and my parnets will help pay for it. My mind will ot stop thinking and I have a lot of drama going on right now and now its runnin 100MPH HELP!!

well i have thought of hypnotherapy and emdr..
emdr is said to work well with people sufferering traumatic events...i dont knoiw how well it works with ocd..i know that Cognitive Behavioral therapy has shown to be most effective with ocd.
