I have been seeing my therapist for a few months now, and we just began getting deep into growing up. I really did have a great childhood, but because we talk about my parents, I just started to feel really guilty. Guilty like, all I say are things that can be construed as bad. Even though there are so many good things and memories I have. I know that I am supposed to talk about everything with my therapist. But now I feel really guilty :-(
