I just got diagnosed with OCD. I guess it's more like what everyone on here is calling Pure O where its more thoughts than actual rituals. But I'm having such a hard time adjusting to the fact that it's OCD. i don't know if it's a stigma that i have in my head that is making me feel weird or what. I could accept my depression but can I accept this?
