Feel depressed and not good enough

My GF broke up with me which causes stress which causes the OCD to excelerate. Now I feel everyone is better than me and I dwell on it almost every waking moment. Any ideas to stop that circle of thoughts.

Write the entire thought out as you think it until you have writer's cramp. Then go back and read it over and over. You'll start to get the absurdity of the thread of thought. I dunno, it works for me sometimes.

Maybe try to think of (and possibly write down) a few good things you did each day. You know, got a lot of work done, accomplished something difficult, tried something new. Force yourself to think of the good things that you have going for you.

I know how hard is to loose someone you care about, and how much it stress you out. I would try to find a hobby to take your mind off things.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps.
