I don't know whats been going on with me but I haven't been able to sleep lately. I have been waking up around 2 or 3 and not able to go back to sleep. I've tried all the good "sleep hygiene" things. I had been on ambien before but became addicted to that and finally got off it (this was like a year ago) and now I just take it PRN. The doc prescribed me klonopin for anxiety. I don't know if that is affecting my sleep patterns either. Please let me know what you guys think. Thanks!
