I discovered something pretty big several years ago when I was just getting started in recovery. I found that when I stopped drinking caffeine my OCD behaviors diminished dramatically. I also discovered that almost immediately after getting back on caffeine those same behaviors came back with a vengeance. Anyone else experience anything like this before?

I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
