When my mind is all busy, and i gotta lotta clutta goin on :)
And those pesky random Thoughts start swirlin round. And the noseyest neighbor EVER , wants to stick its head in and join the fun(anxiety)
There are moments inbetween where i feel complete clarity, moments of peace. No matter how small there still there.
In these moments i realize ocd isnt as big as it wants me to think it is.
Its in these moments i see my strengths and forget my weaknesses.
And then i hear what Momma told me..
"You will always be you, you will always be ok!!"
And pretty soon im not as scared anymore.
Have a great day

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
