Does anyone ever feel that when their OCD is acting up that they feel a little paranoid? I don't mean thinking people are out to get me or anything, but I have noticed when I am very anxious that I tend to be really cautious of everything and keep myself and everything at a distance for fears related to OCD...just wondering, also I am very aware of my surroundings, things like that.
