Many years ago I had severe o.c.d. about hygiene. It was so bad that I was putting soap in my eyes & mouth several times per day. Eventually I stopped doing that & that part of my o.c.d. went away. My problem is I'm using a surgical scrub for a few days because of problems with my skin & it's bringing back the memories of the hygiene issue. I'm so scared that I'll regress & start putting the soap in my mouth & eyes again. Does anybody have any advice or suggeations about how I can keep this from happening. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I should also add that I have anxiety/depression & I'm very stressed. Thank you.

I miss traveling with my husband. Has anyone found a specific site regarding cruising for widow/widowers or any sightseeing trips. Not interested in being with couples and kids,,,I realize a cruise ship will have a portion size of families and couples, but perhaps they also put together a part of the cruise ship for groups of widows/widowers????
