So I had a good week last week, but this week I've had no progress. I don't have my period or anything and I wish I knew what my body was up to this week. I'm a little discouraged, but refuse to give up. I just wanted to give a shout out to all the girls having a slump week. I have'nt gone over my points and have exercised 3 times and still nothing. These weeks suck.
