So this year i decided to try wieght watchers, I have never paid this much attention to what i do eat. Its wierd counting points for every little thing. But i've seen it work for many people. I am hoping that it will work for me. When i signed up the other day i was nervous because i didnt know if i can do this. I have never really commited myself to a diet before so its strange. Has anyone ever done this and if so do you believe that it has changed your life?
