Good evening everyone. I am 23 years old and about 150lbs over weight. I am constantly trying to change me eating habits but I always end up giving up. What does it take to stick with something? I am constantly feeling crappy and sluggish because of all the extra weight I carry around... wouldn't this be enough for someone to want to get the weight off? It's so hard... I don't know how to stick with anything... I'll do good for a little bit and then I fail. Anyone have any ideas or suggestions please let me know!! :(

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps.
