What am I thankful for, well I am still alive, my family of course, my new abilities to help myself and others, my friends, today I have a roof over my head, cloths on my back, and food in my stomach, God's beaufiful landscapes, my spiritual growth, our pets and all creatures, my creativity, my truck and for now gas in the tank lol, my ability to love and love back, beautiful people, places and things, for me Jesus Christ, and so much more-----

Well said, Mistie! If we slow down enough to look at what we have and what's around us, we have lots to be thankful for. God bless you!

Gosh, you have a beautiful list of thanks giving. Let's see for me: A roof over my head, my friends at home and here on DS, my ability to heal even though it sure takes a long time, my therapist and doctors who have helped me so much, life itself, my old 1989 mustang but it still runs and I'm grateful. For my ability this past year to once again pray and not be mad at God for what happened to me all those years. I guess this is it for now. I wish you well.

Well I am thankful for my husband and my two beautiful little boys. I am thankful for every little word that comes out of my boys mouth (and I mean every). Sean had his Thanksgiving Day singalong and I went and he was singing with his mainstreaming class and was so happy and I can't tell you how proud I was of my little man. He handled himself so wonderfully today. When you have children with special needs I think that we moms look at every single thing that they do as a victory to be celebrated!!! I am so proud of my Seany and my Bretsky. I love them so much!!! I am also thankful for all of you wonderful and giving people. Love you all. Denise

I am thankful to have my Mom & Dad in my life. They mean the world to me & I don't know where I would be without their constant love and support. I'm thankful for the close friends that I have who I can always depent on and I hope know they can always depend on me. I'm thankful that I have been blessed in this life in many ways and that I have not had the struggles that I've seen so many other people endure. I'm also thankful to have found this site & I love all of the friends I have made. God Bless and thanks to all.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
