Ive lost 20Ibs in the last 6 months, going slow intentionally. These last few weeks have been difficult because my weight has stayed in the same area and this week after lowering my sodium intake significantly my weight has been EXACTLY the same, not even fluctuating an ounce. It wont budge. I work out 3-5 days a week and I drink about a gallon of water every day. What am I doing wrong? Could it be that Im at a plateau after only 20Ibs?
