I was just curious as to what vitamins everyone takes and have found to be working well. There are so many out there it is difficult to choose lol. I know for myself I take a multi vitamin along with supplements of magnesisum, zinc, calcium and Vitamin E & D. But I do wonder if I should start taking some extra B complexes. I try to get most of my vitamins through foods I eat but sometimes that isn't always enough and yet a person does not want to over do on the vitamins either. What are your thoughts?
