ok this is a strange request but here goes. I have decided to really try again LOL but I really want to do this. Well my problem is that to eat healthy I need to skip some of the carbs and eat more vegtables. Now the problem is I hate most veggies. I dont like the canned veggies at all. I love salad but you can only eat so much of it. I love sturfried broccoli. (sorry for the spelling it is worse then my weight) So down to what I want if I am going to eat more veggies I need to figure out what. Does anyone have any good recipies for veggies that are healthy but no mushy. Along with all my other issues I dont like mushy textures. I am willing to try almost any kind of veggie but I just dont know what or how to prepair it as I have spent most of my 46 years avoing them like the plague. So please HELP!! thanks in advance and maybe we could all try the recipies, more veggies would be good for all of us.
