I am starting a new thing today. Being that I love to eat in front of the TV--all meals. I am going to stop this because eating and watching tv puts your mind in an Alpha brain wave mode which is like a sedative state and I could down a whole bag of something without realizing it. I have to STOP the trance. So today I started and so far I never realized my breakfast was BORING without TV. Hummmmm what is with that? Anyone what to join me on taking a week off from eating in front of the TV just to see if TV is playing a big role in overeating?
