I'm going to keep this brief and to the point. I'm not obese but I am overweight (probably getting close to obese on bmi). I probably am a binge eater. I've gone thru phases where my weight bounce around 130s to peaking at 200. But I often have this mentality that I can toy with this invincibility idea that if I eat something I can always work it off, ...when I get around to it. Also, sometimes before I start a huge diet or workout phase, I'll destroy my insides by eating all kinds of junk food for a weekend to make me feel sick and hate myself or the food and force myself to work out. As you can imagine there are consequences. just sharing.
