I've lost about 16 pounds since February on my WW plan, but my scale only shows 1% fat loss. I'm not sure how accurate sharper image bady fat scales are, but I've only gone from 37% to 36%. I looked up how much protein I should be eating and based on my 213 weight it should be 78 grams according to some sites. This seems like a real lot! I think I eat a well balanced diet with eggs yogurt, soy milk, seeds, tuna, and meat, but I don't eat meat everyday. I calculated yesterday and I only got half of 78. Any suggestions on how to get more protien without giving up carbs...I can't live without carbs and I'm trying to make a lifestyle change.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
