Who's up for giving me a good, swift kick in the rear? I just cannot get it all together and get back into healthy eating.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
You are in charge of YOU!!!!
Just take it one meal at a time... Now it is time for breakfast!
I've found if I can get past the 3rd day without them, then the cravings seem to not bother me any more!
God Bless!

For instant--the greener the veggie, the better it is. The more grains you include in your diet the better. Exclude refined sugar and when your craving it find an alterative--like something with no sugar added products.
Exclude white bread for whole grain-white rice for brown, they are a better choice.
I'm learning all of this because I have type II diabetes.
And juices, well, even the low sugar ones are a big no-no, they contain too much sugar!
All it takes is some time and alot of reading of labels.
This is a soft kick for you--we all need the same thing from time to time--even me cause there are days when I watch the carbs then days when i can't get enough and binge on them but I make sure that the numbers are low and my body can absorb them when I make the better choices. I'm not doing it perfectly but I am trying, maybe you guys can give me an encouraging swift kick when I need it, too!!!
I have no intention of giving up trying. Each day I wake up and say "today I'm going to eat healthy and drink all my water and no diet mtn dews." I go into work, start hearing about the day and the cases and run to fridge and break out a dt dew. That is soon followed by either the jalepeno cheetos or the flaming hot cheetos. Which is followed by a bad lunch choice, and so the day goes on. Eventually I go to bed and wake up again and say "today I'm going to eat healthy and drink all my water and no diet mtn dews."
*Sigh*
