I am so addicted to sweet and salty foods. I eat them when I am happy, sad, man, I eat them when I can, that's a sad truth on my part. How do you stop. When I'm in the grocey store it's like I'm on auto pilot and just seems to gavitate to them. And I have even tried going there after I eat, like everyone advises--it doesn't help! And since I have type 2 diabetes, it's a big fat problem for me!!
