As I was flippin through channels today, i stumbled upon tlc. With multiple documentaries on morbidly obese people, i saw what i could become if i dont do something drastic with my habits. It brought me to tears to see what some of these people were goin through. Today it has served as an inspiration for me to develop healthier habits now when i am young. Everytime i choose to eat the wrong things excessively i am telling the people in my life and most importantly myself, that i dont give a damn about what becomes of me. I have only one body. I still have my health. I am still able to work. If i dont stop now i will lose these privileges. It just dawned upon me how fortunate i truly am just to be able to walk. I try to live one day at a time, because if i plan ahead to be perfect, i set my self up for failure everytime. I dont know i just felt like sharing this with the rest of you. I really need the support from others, and i also need to give support back in order to be successful.

I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
