Hi everyone, I hope all is well. I have an idea and I hope you join me. Write down at least 10 to 20 things you can do instead of eat when times get tough. Cut them up and put them into a jar. Whenever you feel like eating, take one out and do this action instead. Make the list of actions that will relax you or things you enjoy. If you work do the same thing with actions you can do at work and put the cut up action into a plastic bag in your purse. NO excuses---just do it.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps.
