I just read about a lady who lost weight by using CalorieKing.com and a program on CoolRunning.com called Couch to 5k. This program basically gets couch potatoes running 3 miles in 2 months starting out with intervals of jogging and walking. I'm thinking of actually trying this since I have yet to excercise regularly with my weight loss. Has anyone out there heard of this? If so, how was it?
