I'm excited but also very nervous to be joining Weight Watchers for the 5th time! I successfully lost 65 pounds on it but the weight started to creep up while I was still on the program a couple years ago. I fought it the whole time and still gained 20. Then I got laid off so I quit Weight Watchers, and I gained another 20! I know the program and like it but I am worried I am not ready to stick to the program. I make efforts to loose weight all the time. I am good for a little while wnd will sometimes loose about 10 pounds but somewhere along the way, I go backwards and will gain it all back in a matter of days while binging. I dont know why I do it and I'm afraid it's going to happen again even when I rejoin weight watchers. Can anybody help me overcome this aweful habit/relationship I have with food?

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps.
