Hi all,
I wanted to pass on some advice for those of you who cannot face another diet that leaves you feeling deprived.
Try Paul McKenna's system (I can make you thin). It has changed my views on the dieting industry for good. I will not go on a diet ever again!
If you follow the system you will loose weight - simple as that. It has a 71% success rate compared to 9% for diets.
No food is banned - you can eat what you like so long as you stick to four golden rules. Sounds crazy, but please give his book a read and it will all make sense.
The system retrains your mind to copy the eating habits of naturally slim people (you know those skinny folk who seem to be able to eat whatever they like?).
As I say, please consider giving it a go. It really could change your life as it has mine - it has given me peace of mind where food is concerned. Any weight loss will be an added bonus.
I have other problems in my life but now at least worrying about food all the time isn't one of them.
Anyone else been using his sytem with positive results? I'd love to hear from you.
P.S. - I know I sound like a bit of a sales person for Paul McKenna - I'm not, I just really believe in his system.
Cheers x

I looked him up on line and I could not find a book, just how to sign up for a seminar. What is the name of the book?

What are the 4 golden rules, or you allowed to say. Don't get me wrong, somtime they are part of their success and don't want to say for that reason. I understand that point of view, but thought I'd ask anyway.

I found a six CD set called "I can make you thin". It looks like he is working with hypnosis. I just typed in Paul McKenna and all sorts of info popped up on him. Hope this helps pollypure

Pollypure, I googled paul mckenna and it came up with lots of results including Wikipedia (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Paul_McKenna) and his US site (http://www.mckenna.com/). You could also try Amazon to get hold of the books, they will be cheaper new and used from there than brand new from his site.

I watched the program on Paul when it aired here. I have not tried all the 4 golden rules yet but I did find that by chewing the food like he said to do and not watching tv or reading when you are eating definitely helps. I like his approach and am going to give him a try as well following all 4 steps. For those of you wanting to try it out you can view a video of his program for free on his website. I found it was the same one that aired on tv here. It shows you step by step what to do and how to get started as well as showing some of the results of the people it has helped. I must say for the first time in a very very long time after just watching the first part of the program I was not able to clean my plate lol. Hope everyone is doing well.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
