first off, hi denise! so i am 50lbs over weight and have to get it off! i feel bad with this weight. so tomorrow, thursday, i am getting serious! any and all advise on how to prepare meals for myself and my husband and very very picky son, (whole different story there) would be helpful. my weakness is after making their meals, two different meals, every meal, i have spent so much time in the kitchen i just give up and grab something, junk, or eat whatever i made for them, who have no weight problems. HELP!
