Life, stress, and carbs dont mix well for me. I lost nearly 80 pounds four years ago- and they are back after 4 years of stress. Now, I feel like life is mine again and I can take control. I worked through ending a 16 year marriage, gaining a degree, and a job. Now- I need to learn to control my weight. I need to change my view of food as a celebration or stress induced experience. God- how to begin? I lost the weight with atkins.........but......... I really did not enjoy the diet. Sadly, I enjoy food. I feel like I need to go on a liquid diet just to break the habit of eating. Advice anyone?
