Hi my name is Kimberley and I am new here. I am 36 yrs old and I currently weigh around 347lbs. but I have weighed over 400lbs at one point. I started gaining weight when I was almost 16 and I have struggled with it since. I have done really well a couple of times in taking off weight. And I have always done it the right way by eating better and exercising more. But it is has always been a real challenge. I was recently diagnosed with PCOS (Polycystic Ovary Syndrome) which I found out contributes to the weight problems. Since gaining my weight the first time at 16 the smallest I have been able to accomplish is around 230lbs. I have noticed that I am having more knee and back problems the older I get. I do not like to exercise and I love food. I tend to go through spells of eating all the wrong things and I am also a comfort eater. I guess this is enough for now I am looking forward to getting to know you all here.
