Ok I know I already explained this is another post, but for those who didn't read it here goes again. I have been weighing myself everyday since I started my diet so I can get more of an accurate weekly weight, so I average the 7 days. Anyways I've noticed a strange correlation between exercise/weight training and my weight. On days I exercise my weight remains stable or rises slightly. When I stop exercise for 2 or 3 days in a row I loose .5-3 pounds. I've heard all it takes is 2 days of inactivity to loose muscle, so I wonder if that is actually happening. I also wanted to mention this for those exerciseing and not seeing great results. While I like seeing the scale go down, I would rather not loose muscle cause it burns more calories.
