I know some of you already know about MSG's for those who don't I suggest you google Monosodium Glucamate.. I think that is how you spell it. It will come up either way. Anyways. I just read this article that said they did a study with some severly overwieght women and men. I know we hate those words, but the study stated with no exersise and a diet containing 0 grams of MSG the participants started sheding pounds. The fact that the FDA doesn't require food companys to put it on thier label we have no way of knowing that it is in it. So what else do we put in our mouths that we don't know about.. MSG is a serious thing. I do advise you all to look it up. These are the reasons I'm glad I'm switching to organic. I figured I would let you all know about this. Let me know if you find anything else because i'm determined to set my self straight on organic foods and I seriously like the motivation of reading articles like that.
