I'm down 1 pound back to 140 this week. I did some exercising this week and then blew it all on M&M's! I helped my husband move things in his storage unit and found 4 bags in there and smuggled 2 of them home. Oh how I wis I had left them there but my willpower was gone as son as I saw them since we had been there for so long with nothing to eat! I have eaten more then 1/2 of a bag in 2 days..... I think I will fess up and hand him the other bag before I open it. Give me the strength...they are SO GOOD!

theatre and I are there already. I'm having a very berry tea with crackers, cheese and cherry tomatoes and she's having a joint with some beer and we're both on really comfy recliners on thick pile carpet. we need some help with the decor if anyone is around??

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
I am quit smoking and do not want to get to 200 lbs.

Today I am down 7 lbs. from last week. Starting weight 247.6. Todays weight 240.6.
