I read that if you do your workouts first thing in the morning, before breakfast it is the best time to burn fat. That your body will use fat for energy because everything else is already used up. That your body hasn't had no food for about 8 to 12 hours so it has to use fat stores for energy and that it will use 300% more fat then it would at other times. What do you think?
