Ok, I am a stay at home mom and have been thinking about this for some time now. Many other moms I know (actually most of them) are trying to loose weight, whether it is 15 or 150 pounds, what is the difference? Anyway, another majority factor is the lack of money it takes to loose the pounds. Between the food and the diet groups and the gym, who has that kind of money when you have kids sucking you dry? And don't we all already know it's about the numbers? Less calories on the lips takes more of the hips right? It's all elementary my dear watson. The diet places are just a support group anyway, teaching us what we already know and costing a fortune many of us do not have! And how many of us have joined and left and been there and learned it already? SO... what I was thinking of doing is starting a local support group that meets once a week at a church or somewhere that would be absolutlely FREE! We could all pow-wow and share everything just like we are now only face to face, which let's face it, would give me anyway, some accountablity. Something to touch and see with thine own eyes! AND IT WOULD BE FREE! Give me your suggestions and opinions PLEASE ! Is it stupid cause we have the internet?
