Someone made a comment about having to learn how to turn away from food. It got me thinking about how I have had to try to learn how to "turn away from food" instead of "turning TO food" when I am in an emotional spot. Actually, I can eat whether I am happy, sad, sick, lonely, angry, scared, etc...You get the idea. I am following Weight Watchers Online & I really have tried to recognize my "food triggers." I don't succeed all the time, but I am doing better than I was, before joining WW & finding DS. I'd love to hear how you all handle this topic.
