and i am up .6 today. i was 222.6 yesterday, and this morning, i am 223.2. i had to grocery shop late and was starved when i got home. i had shrimp and a little rice dream (ice "cream" made with rice). today, right back to the program. :) i am having egg whites and turkey for breakfast with a little low fat cheese. thanks again for being here everyone! i have not felt this motivated in a long, long time.
