I need someone to kick my butt. I just weighed in at 164.0, meaning I gained 30 lbs over the three months my foot has been severely broken and in a cast. I don't have a job right now because my foot was broken, but am starting to look. I figure the job and some exercise will be enough to get it down to where it was before. I just need some motivation please! I'd like to start with losing that stupid 4 lbs that puts me over 160 lbs.
