Its strange but somehow its been helping me to read everyones posts. I don't feel so isolated, like the only fat girl in the room. Finding this group makes me feel like I'm not alone in my fight, that my thoughts & feelings are not unheard of. I know its helpful to be positive and keep a positive attitude but sometimes, for me, thats not what I feel like and knowing others feel the same is helpful. For me, I can't just jump into this. I have to make my mind ready, if that makes any sense. And feeling that I'm not alone on the battlefield is hugh. Knowing that there is an army of people behind me that all are feeling the same way I do in their innermost thoughts and feelings is important to me. It helps me feel stronger. I can't come on here all the time and pretend I'm highly motivated, because I'm not, I'm just trudging along trying to make the most of each moment. Its a slow process for me, taking baby steps along the way. Each good decision is a gift to myself and the stronger I feel in this endeavor the more good decisions I make. Thanks for being my Army. Now its time to go forth and conquer but Rome wasn't built in a day. Good luck to us all. Marge

Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
